About PINATI LTD

Evidence-led intelligence for complex decisions.

PINATI LTD helps clients make sense of complex, fragmented or uncertain information through structured review, lawful intelligence gathering and clear reporting.

What we do

PINATI LTD provides evidence-led intelligence, due diligence, asset tracing and risk support for matters where facts are incomplete, disputed, fragmented or spread across multiple sources.

Our work helps clients understand what is known, what is only indicated, what remains unresolved and what practical next steps may be available. Assignments may involve personal and corporate due diligence, asset and address intelligence, public-record review, adverse risk indicators, source of wealth context, litigation support, network analysis, probate and estate intelligence, and structured reporting.

How we work

PINATI applies a controlled intelligence process. We begin by defining the question, the lawful purpose of the instruction and the evidence needed to answer it. We then review available material, identify relevant sources, test consistency and separate confirmed facts from indicators, assumptions and unresolved gaps.

Information is assessed by source strength, origin, date, reliability, relevance and corroboration. Where a point cannot be confirmed, we say so clearly. Where a lead is useful but not yet proven, it is treated as an indicator rather than a fact.

How we handle evidence

Evidence is treated as the foundation of the work, not decoration added afterwards to make a report look serious. PINATI reviews client-supplied material, public records, registry material, corporate information, open-source indicators, media references, sanctions and risk data, address material and other lawful sources where relevant to the instruction.

Findings are organised so that the reader can see the difference between supported information, reasonable inference, open questions and recommended next steps. The aim is to produce intelligence that is practical, proportionate and capable of being checked.

What clients receive

Outputs may include written intelligence reports, evidence summaries, risk notes, chronology reviews, link analysis, asset or address indicators, source schedules and next-step recommendations. The format depends on the purpose of the instruction and the level of verification required.

Who we support

PINATI supports legal professionals, companies, lenders, private clients and individuals who need a structured assessment of information before making decisions. Work may be UK-focused or may involve overseas, offshore or cross-border indicators where the matter requires wider examination.
